I have lived at One Broadway Place for seven years and it is a clean, safe and comfortable place to live. Situated in a residential area on Crescent Lake within close proximity to shopping and medical facilities and a beautiful park. It is a very pleasant and scenic green space area with a paved walking and biking path that stretches around the lake on its banks.

When we transfer to Winnipeg, we have decided to move into Shindico’s Tiffany Towers apartment building because we were happy with our experience here.
